A SOLICITOR’S APPLICATION.

The Fnll Court has commenced the hearing of R. D. Meagher’s application for reinstatement on the roll of attorneys, from whioh®he was struck off in connection with the notorious Dean case.
The Law Institute opposes the application.
Mr Meagher, in acordance with a desire expressed by the Court, published a public apology for the course he pursued in the Dean case, and his reference to the late Mr Justice Windeyer.
