Mr Wragge advises that the disturbance “Massey” is steadily approaching and may affect the Dominion between the 17th and 24th. “Massey” will he followed by another disturbance “Carroll,” which will affect New Zealand about the end of May °to early June. “Carroll” is now about 700 miles southwest of Perth.
