Wellington, May 10.

Mr Riddell, S.M., was to give judgment this morning in prosecutions fojr selling Truth, but a point was raised based on a recant English case that the information should state specifically whether the publication in question was alleged to be indecent, obscene, or immoral. The Crown intimated that in the present case they would place “indecency” as a main indictment. The rehearing of the case was fixed for the 19th iust.
