The Pall Mall Gazette, commenting on Germany’s race for Dreadnoughts, states that Krnpp’s have ten pits for the trial of heavy gunmonnting, enabling them to construct gun mountings sufficient for six Dreadnoughts Annually. Krnpp’s are adding eight further pits, enabling them to fit eleven Dreadnoughts. The Government is unaware of the extent of Krupp’s increase.
