The following Cabinet has been formedTawfik (Grand Vizier), Ferid Pasha (Minister of Finance), Riza Pasha (Minister of Marine). Salibi Pasha (commander of the second army corps) has been appointed to the War Office. The other portfolios are unchanged. Mohammed attended the selamik at Santa Sophia, bix sheep .were sacrificed before the Mosque in celebration of the event.
Mohammed wore khaki in compliment to the Salonikan troops. Several arrested members of the Liberal Union have been released with apologies. Received May 3, 9 0 a.m. Constantinople, May 2. Tewfik‘’s Cabinet contains Young Turk elements which are specially represented in the Under Secretaries of’Departments. \ FIND AT THE SULTAN’S., PALACE. Jewellery of immense value was discovered at Yildiz, also 70,000 Turkish lottery tickets belonging to Abndul Hamid.
