NEW ZEALAND LICENSING LAW

A report prepared by Police Magistrate Rankin upon New Zealand licensing law has been submitted to the Chief Secretary. The contents have not been divulged, hnt it is understood to be adverse to New Zealand prohibition laws. The work of drafting a Licensing Bill for submission to the next session is progressing.
