The Assembly at Pietermaritzburg read for the second time the Bill providing for a referendum as to wether Natal shall enter into the Union.
A meeting in the Town Hall, at Durban, urged that.no farther steps for Union should be taken until the Mozambique Agreement was abrogated or modified.
