Mr Ooghian, in a letter to the Times, in reply to the Times’ Australian correspondent’s strictures, claims that New South Wales Office in London prevented thousands from emigrating whose presence in Australia would not have been to the advantage of the latter. On the other hand, thanks to the business like methods of the various States, thousands of excellent settlers had established themselves in Australia during recent years
