The Prince of Wales, presiding at the Royal Commission for International Exhibitions, [declared that Britain’s neglect of this form of national advertising was highly detrimental to the interests of a manufacturing Country. He strongly hoped that the unprecedented facilities offered Britishers to exhibit at Brussels and Turin would overcome their reluctance.
