DAUGHTER SHOOTS HER FATHER. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright, Sydney, April 7. A tragedy occurred at Merengo. A selector named Salom and his wife were quarrelling, when a daughter, aged 15, going to the mother’s assistance, fired six shots from a revolver into her father’s head and body, killing him on the spot. The daughter was arrested.
