Melbourne, April 7. iThe Tennis Association of Victoria ’hasjdeoided to concede to New Zealand a separate Council independent of the Australasian Association for the purpose of arranging the managing of international contests dor the Davis Cup. Whether played in AnsTtraiia or New Zealand the profits of these matches are to be reserved exclusively for international 'teams purposes. The claim of the New .Zealand Association for equal representation with the six States of Australia, on the suggestion of the new was not approved, but it was agreed that the number of delegates be on a proportional basis calon the population .of the (respective States and the Dominion.
