Received April 7, 8.35 a.m. j London, April 6, The Times’ Teheran correspondent states that Irishmen-<and an American are drilling the Revolutionaries at Tabriz. Sufferings in the town are increasing, and ,if the siege continues thousands will die of starvation ; if the town capitulates tens of thousands will be massacred.
