ARRIVES IN NAPLES

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph-Copyright. Rome, April 6. Thousands of visitors in Naples welcomed Mr Roosevelt. The German Consul-General presented a letter, wherein the Kaiser hoped to see Mr Roosevelt in Berlin on his return from Africa. 1 A bouquet of black, white, and red carnations accompanied the letter.

Mr Roosevelt asked the Consul to present his respects to the Emperor, and say that certainly he would visit Berlin and tell His Majesty all about his experiences in Africa. Mr Roosevelt received from England hundreds of telegrams and letters.
