IWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL, SPECIAL ORDER / At a Special Meeting of the Kiwitea County Council held on SATURDAY, March, 1909, a resolution was passed authorising raising of the following Loan under Section 15 (d) of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908 ” A loan of £I2OO for constructing a bridge and approaches over the Mangawharariki Stream at the Karewarewa Village Settlement. The above loan is for a period of 41 years, the interest being at the rate of per centum per annum. It is hereby further notified that a copy of the 'above resolution is open to public inspection at the County Office, Kimbolton, during office hours, and that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on SATURDAY, 17th April, 1909, at 1 p.m., to confirm such resolution.
