Sir Stair Agnew, Registrar-General of Scotland, has resigned. Mr .T P. MoDougall, 0.8., Vice-President of the Local Government Board, has succeeded him. Sir G. Macßae, member of the House of Commons, has succeeded Mi MoDougall.
