In pursuance of- Sir Wilfrid Laurier’s statement, Sir F. Broden, Minister of Marine, and two other Ministers are to proceed to Engalnd after the prorogation of the Dominion Parliament to confer with the Admiralty as to the creation ,of a Navy.
