EASTER HOLIDAYS, On Bth April Special Night Trains will leave Wanganui at 11.30 p.m., Marton 1.45 a.m. (9th) for Wellington (Thorndon), Leave Wellington 11.16 p.m., Marton 5.60 a m. (9th) for Wanganui. The 11.30 p.m. special from Wanganui stops after leaving Longburn at Shannon, Levin, Otaki, and stations Paekakariki to Wellington. SPORTS AT PALMERSTON NORTH. RACES AT PEILDING. On 12th and 13th April Special Train will leave Wanganui 6.25 a.m., Marton 8.45 a m. for Feilding, returning from Feilding at 5.85 p.m. for Wanganui and Taihape. On 12th April the usual 4.85 p.m. train, Wanganui to Taihape and Palmerston, will be delayed to leave Wanganui at 5.15 p.m. The usual 7.10 p.m. train, Marton to Taihape, will be delayed to leave Marton at 7.45 p.m. The usual 4 50 p.m. train, Palmerston to Wanganui and Taihape, will be delayed to leave Palmerston at 5.20 p.m. On 13th April the usual 7.10 p.m. train, Marton to Taihape, will be delayed to leave Marton at 7.35 p.m. The usual 4.50 p.m. train, Palmerston to Wanganui and Taihape, will be delayed to leave Palmerston at 5.20 p.m. Holiday Excursion Tickets, available for return until 12th May, will be issued to Feilding on 18th April by the 6.25 a.m. special train from Wanganui, and by the first ordinary train from Wanganui, Taihape and intermediate stations.
