FRENCH POST OFFICE STRIKE.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received March 17, 8,30 a.m. ' ' Pabis, March 16. There is a general strike of French postal, telegraph, and telephone employees, alleged to he the result of oppressive and tyrannical .regulations. Business in many centres is at a standstill. Twenty thousand telegraph messages blocked in Paris and English messages are greatly delayed.
