THE UNREST IN INDIA.
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph, Copyright. Calcutta, March 16. A picric acid bomb was discovered within a law book Mr Kingsford, Chief Magistrate cf Calcutta. The bomb was so arranged that upon cutting the string, it would explode the' detonator. Mr Kingsford, who was the object of the Muzaffarpore explosion on May 2nd, did not open it, believing it to be a book ho had lent a'fricnd, until the springs had rusted and rendered the explosives harmless.
The bomb found in the office of the Englishman was obtained at a Government factory.
