The Servian Note expresses reliance upon the Powers for a settlement of the international aspect. Vienna, March 16.

Bosnia demands that Austria submits to Parliament the Treaty of Commerce arranged in 1908. The provisional arrangement expires on the 31st inst. Parliament is unable to ratify the treaty. M. Milovanovitch is willing to continue the existing arrangement throughout 1909.
