United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Vienna, March 16. Austria is dissatisfied at Servia’s determination to throw the onus p£ defending her interests upon the Powers. Berlin, March 16. The German inspired press ' describe Servia’s reply as almost mocking in its evasineness and declare that it reduces the prospects of peace to the extreme minimum. The London Times’ Beigr ade correspondent says if Vienna insists on complete capitulation the next few days will be fraught with grave apprehension. London, March 16. The Russo-Turkish financial arrangements have been concluded. The compromise frees Turkey from paying the war indemnity for forty years and enables the realisation of 125 million francs. Received March 17, 8.35 a.m. London,. March 16. The Russo-Turkish '-compromise covers the Bulgarian indemnity. It requires the Porte’s acceptance which is practically assured. The Servian Note expresses reliance upon the Powers for a settlement of the international aspect. Vienna, March 16.
Bosnia demands that Austria submits to Parliament the Treaty of Commerce arranged in 1908. The provisional arrangement expires on the 31st inst. Parliament is unable to ratify the treaty. M. Milovanovitch is willing to continue the existing arrangement throughout 1909.
