March, 1909, for LEASING the REFRESHMENT ROOMS at Ohakune, Te Kuiti, Mercer, Te Aute, Waipukurau, Woodville, Hawera, Patea, Aramoho, Marton, Palmerston North, Masterton. Kaitoke, Otaki, Oamaru, Palmerston South, Clinton and Totara Flat Railway Stations for a period of three years from Ist April, 1909. Specification and forms of tender may be obtained at the Railway Manager’s Offices at Auckland, Wellington, Wanganui, Christchurch, Dunedin and Greymouth, or at the stations named. Tenders are to be addressed to the General Manager, Government Railways, Wellington, aud marked outside “Tender for Refreshment Rooms.” Telegraphic tenders will not be received, and no tender will necessarily be accepted. All objections thereto must be left at the Magistrate’s Court, Bulls, on or before the 15th day of March, 1909, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of such objection left at the Board’s office not later that 10 days before the next sitting of the Assessment Court.
