United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received March 16, 9.5 a m. Sydney, March 16. Laing’s body was fully clothed including an overcoat. A handkerchief was bound over his face and there are indications that he committed suicide.
[Laing, an Auckland Commissioner. was seen swimming on Bronte Beach, and two hours later his body was washed np at Bondi. ]
