SERIOUS DIFFICULTIES

United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph,—Oopyristht. London, March 18. Reuter’s Paris correspondent reports that M. Oaillanx’s difficulties are increasing owing to the stationary population and the constantly augmented burdens of taxation. The actual deficit is 2% millins sterling, and the estimates for the coming year foreshadow an extra 19 millions taxation.
