United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright, London, March 12. A Eritish-Siamese treaty has been signed. It places British subjects under the jurisdiction of the. Siamese Courts with European advisers. Siam renounces her suzerainty, in favour of Britain, over the districts of Koitautan, Triugam and Kediah. Five thousand square miles is thus added to tlie British flag.
