Per Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright * Constantinople, March 9. Some of the troops at the Yeldiz Palace were responsible for the outbreak cabled on the Ist November. They are dissatisfied over the elimination of the officers and men who identified' themselves with [jthe old regime, and they again proved mutinous, but the trouble was promptly quelled.
