United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph. —Copyright. Durban, March 9. It is now proved that the Natal Mercury’s statement- regarding the Delagoa Bay railway is inaccurate. It was apparently based’ on reports concerning a scheme for the eventual accession of Delagoa to the South African Customs anion.
