The Scottish Union [resolved not to participate in any Colonial tour unless it was managed by a committee on which England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales were equally represented. They also declined to associate themselves/with any New Zealand tour until the details of the gates fo 1905 were supplied and the accounts of the Anglo-Welsh tour of 1908 published. Received March 8, 8.30 a.m. * London, March 7. The match Wales v. Australian League was postponed owing to bad weather.
