Raisuli has been appointed Governor of a dozen tribes in North Morocco. It is understood . that he will restore to the Briitsh £15,000, the amount of the ransom paid for Kaid Mac Lean. Mulai Hafid will pay £SOOO, which Raisuli has presented to him.
