Servia has informed Russia that she has no aggressive intentions and ia prepared to leave the interests of Servia to > the judgment of the Powers. Replying, Russia, expressed her satisfaction, but added that Servia’s declaration regarding the acquisition of territory would find neither sympathy nor support among, the Powers. Demobilisation was not mentioned.
WAR FEVER IN SERVIA,
Received March 2, 9.5 a.m. Belgrade, March 1. Rossia's remonstrances have caused a fresh outburst of the war fever in Servia. The Porte has informed Servia that the transport of explosives through Turkish territory is prohibited.
