TO BE TAXED IN FUTURE. United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received. February 13, 8.30 a.m. Berlin, February 11. The Finance Bill Commission of the Reichstag by 14 to 13 votes, despite appeals from the Treasury, withdrew the exemption from taxation of the Kaiser and members of other reigning houses. Rulers will henceforth pay all taxes, including income tax and inheritance duty.
