Hwang Yung Liang, Chinese Consul for New Zealand, in an interview declared that the yellow peril fears were amusing'and quite wide of the mark. The Chinese had rov the least idea of giving battle, as the love or peace was ingrained in them. They wished to 00-operate in any movement best calculated to advance the well being of humanity as a Whole. /
