United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received February 9. 8.0 a.m. London, February 8. A Colonial Office official, interviewed, remarked that Sir C. P. Lucas’ visit was intended to be the forerunner of pothers. Sir [O. P. Lucas was prepared to freely discuss every conceivable subject Ministers may desire to be considered. ‘After visiting West Australia Sir C. P. Lucas will proceed to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, New Zealand, Fiji and will probably Canada. He is expected to be absent six months in all. Details of his movements are left to his discretion. All the Agents-Ganoral and Mr Hall-Jones predict a cordial welcome for Sir O. P. Lucas and expect beneficial results from his visit.
