SPANISH SHIPBUILDING.

Spanish engineering and hanking firms have formed a company with eight millions capital, of which 60 per cent, is reserved for Spanish investors to build warships at Ferrol and Cartagena in connection with which the Government contracts go to Vickers & Sons and Maxim, John Brown, Armstrong and Stoneycrofts.
