Napier, February 4. The O. O. & D. Company cable the following report:—The frozen meat market Is very weak and the outlook is mncb depressed. The demand for all classes of meat is poor. Values have declined and are expected to go lower. To-day’s quotations are:—Canterbury mutton 3%d, Napier, Wellington and North Island 3%d. Lamb, second quality Beef: Hindquarters 3^d, forequarters 2%d,
