United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. London, January 30. The frozen meat trade Association state that the Local Government Board will shortly issue fresh regulations in respect to kidneys, sweetbreads, and other offal. Meanwhile the present style of packing .is to be continued and when the regulations are issued, a fortnight’s grace will be given colonial shippers, in which to ship existing stocks. The Association suggests that stocks packed in the present style should be kept low pending the issue of the new regulations.
