A loan of £97 for the construction of a concrete culvert on the Main Trunk Road within the Lethbridge Town District. 2. A loan of £37 for the construction of a concrete culvert on the Main Trunk'Road within the Lethbridge Town District. 8. A loan of £166 for the construction of 80 chains concrete kerbing and channelling in the township of Turakina. That in order to provide the interest and sinking fund on such loan for a period of 41 years at per cent, per annum it is proposed to make and levy a Special Rate of one penny halfpenny in the £ sterling upon the rateable valuation (annual value) of all rateable property within the Lethbridge Town District. That the coat of raising the loan and the interest for the first year, and other preliminary expenses incurred in connection with the scheme for which the loan is to ha raised be paid out of the money to be borrowed.
