The United States Supreme Court has affirmed a decree of a Texas Oonrt fining the Waters Pierce Oil Co., of St. Louis, 1,623. and expelling it from Texas for violating the State Anti-Trust Law.

There is much comment in America over President Roosevelt’s appreciation of Britain’s rule in India, His views are in remarkable contrast to the views of Mr Bryan after his visit to India, and Mr Keir Hardie’s crusade in America against his country.
