United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph,—Copyright. Received January 15, 8.10 a.m. London, January 14. The Rev. Baxter, the prophetic editor of the Christian Herald, has brought an action for £SOO damages for libel against the newspaper Mint for describing him as a charlatan.
