Per Press,"Association. Oamarn, January 11.

On Saturday evening the police raided the premises of J. Curran, tobacconist, in search of sly grog and found none, {but they searched the storeroom of D. Gillies, a broker, adjoining Curran’s, and discovered 15 bottles of whisky in cases and portmanteaus. Gililos disclaimed any knowledge of the liquor being on" his premises. It‘is understood that prosecutions will follow.
