Messrs Per ham, Larsen So Co., timber merchants, Marton Junction, have a new advertisement to-day drawing attention to their supply of cheap timber. The firm has also some new notices in the Wanted Column. Mrs A. Kerr, proprietress of Seddon Tourist Hotel, Ohahune, has bad her house thoroughly renovated throughout, the bedrooms being large and airy. The travelling public can rely on being catered for in the ablest manner.
Marsh's Private Hotel, Ohakane, is situated in the centre of the township, and is the bearest hotel to the station. The hotel is replete with every modern convenience. All the bedrooms are superior and an excellent table is kept. The Grand Hotel, Ohakune, under the management of Mr H. W. Littlewood, is large and commodious and is comfortably furnished throughout, and is lighted by acetylene gas. Mr Littlewood has gone to much expense in catering for the general public and visitors can rely on receiving the best of attention. Mrs J. Oody, proprietress of “Dominion” Boardinghouse, Ohakune, announces in our advertising columns that her house is the first in town and nearest the railway station. A hot meal may be obtained on arrival of night train, and breakfast at 5 o’clock in toe morning. Messrs Parris and Eddy, proprietors of the Federal Private Hotel, Ohakune, announce that their house is the '“home of comfort,” having excellent beds, good table and low tariff. Patrons are requested to wire or write for accommodation.
