The Lethbridge Town Board being desirous of raising a loan of £BOO under “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and amendments, hereby publicly notify that the particular works to be undertaken ace as follows : 1. A loan of £97 for the construction of a concrete culvert on the Main Trunk Road within the Lethbrtdge Town District. 2. A loan of £B7 for the construction of a concrete culvert on the Main Trunk Road within the Lethbridge Town District. . 8. A loin of £166 for the construction of 30 chains eoincretd kecbing and channelling in the township of Turakina. That in order to provide the interest and sinking fund on such loan for a period of 41 years at 8£ per cent, per annum it is proposed to make and levy a Special Rate of one penny halfpenny in the j£ sterling upon the rateable valuation (annual value) of all rateable property within the Lethbridge Town District. That the cost of raising the loan and the interest for the first year, and other preliminary expenses incurred in connection with the scheme for which the loan is to be raised be paid out of the money to be borrowed.
