DISTURBANCES IN PERSIA.

During the disturbances at the Consulate at Ispahan, in which there was considerable bloodshed, the soldiers got out of hand and pillaged the'bazaar. The Governor and the officials took refuge at the British Embassy. * Britain and Russia have notified that they will hold the Persian Government responsible for the lives and property of Britishers and Russians.
