Nominations for all Events and entries for Maiden Hack Race and Parewanni Hack Scarry, close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on FRIDAY, 4th December, 1908, at 9 p.m. Weights for the First Day's Events will be declared on FRIDAY, 18th December, 1908, and for the Second Day’s Events at th*. Office of the Club, at 7.30 on the evening of the Firs Day. Acceptances for the First Day’s Events will close with the Secretary, at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on MONDAY, December 21,1908, at 9 p.m.,and for the Second Day’s Events at the same place at 9 o’clock onVthe evening of the First Day. PENALTIES & RULES. PENALTIES The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights : Of the value of 50 sovs, 6ib.; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81b ; 150 sovs, 101 b. ; 300 sovs and over 14lb, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst. 10lb. and over will only carry half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Hurdle and Welter races. , HURDLE & WELTER RACES. ' The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbSi of two or more races I7lbs. RULES.
