At Special Meetings of the Kiwitea County Council held on Saturday, 19th December, 1908, resolutions were passed authorising the raising of the following Special Loans under the provisions of Section 15 (d) of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908 : 1. A loan of £SOO for forming, culverting and metalling about 66 chains of Mcßeth’s Road. 2. A loan of £l5O for fencing and widening the dangerous portions of Kawhatau Valley Road, 3. A loan of £6OO for constructing a bridge and approaches over the Pakihikura Stream on the Pakihifcura Road. 4. A loan of £350 for constructing a bridge and approaches over the Pakihikura Stream on the Northern Line. Each of the above loans is for a [period of 41 years, the interest being at the rate of per cent, per annum. ■■ It is hereby further notified that copies of the above resolutions are open to public Inspection at the County Office, Kimbolton, during office hours, and that Special Meetings of the Council will be held on SATURDAY, 16th January,, 1909, at,, 1 p.m., to confirm such resolutions, L.
