" In order to allay uneasiness caused by the meeting of King Edward and the Cazr at Reval, the Nene Frei Presse interrogated a number of prominent persons in Great Britain, Franco, and Russia 'upon the prospects of peace. The great majority including Lord Onrzon replied that the international outlook was most peaceful. M. Hotniakoff, President of the Duma replied that war ■would be suicidal for Russia. Therefore fears in connection with the rapprochement of Great Britain and Russia were groundless. '
