Holiday Excursion Tickets, available for return till HthJJuly, will be issued to Palmerston from any station on the Well ngton-Napier-New Plymouth Section on 22nd, 2Brd, 21tb and 25th June, and from Wanganui and Taihape and intermediate stations by morning train on 26th June. Oh 22nd June these excursion tickets will not be available by the downmail train. Prom 28 rd to 25th June inclusive the excursion tickets will not be available by the mail trains except for passengers from and to stations north of Aramoho.

On this date Holiday Excursion Tickets issued in connection w.th Palmerston Winter Show will not be available by the ordinary up-mail train. On the application of the Official Assignee of the property of John Murray Nxcol, and of Mr Collins, counsel for the said John Murray Nicol, and upon reading the affidavit of William Rodweli, sworn on the 6th day of June, 1908, and filed, herein, it is ordered that the Deed of Composition, dated the 18bh day of June, 1908, and executed by the above-named John Murray Nicol. and the said Official Assignee be and it is hereby confirmed.
