A meeting of committee of above was held last night, Mr Burrell, president, in the chair. The resignations of Messrs G. M. Pharazyn. J. D. McGregor, D. Bagwell, A. Buchanan, O. Bainbr..dgG, Revington Jones, G. Berry, S. Daw, W. Hastie, W. J. Trevena, J. Collis, and W. Dickson were received. . , , ~ A complaint was recevied from tne Farmers’ Motor Company of the bad state of the ground last show where the machinery was exhibited. —Referred to Ground Committee. From O. B. Pemberton, stating that volume 5, of the New Zealand Draught Horse Stud Book is now in preparation and entries would be received to 31st July. . • From H. Morphew, asking for the position of honorary veterinary surgeon to the Association. — Granted. The following were elected the Executive : Messrs Hugh Burrell, A. H. Atkipson, John Cobbe, E. Gocdbehero,. and J. W. Bramwell. Mr G. 8./tefealley was elected to the an ' the general committee. The remuneration of the auditors was fixed at £3 3s each. - The following were elected members:— E. A. Hitchings, ■ Hugh '.McKay, W. B. Duthie, W. R. , Young, O. Anderson, and J. ; Anderson. Thanks were passed for dbnations of £lO 10s from D.
