At the inquest on James McCann, wharf labourer, drowned in the harbour .on - Monday, a verdict of accidental death was returned.: Kenny and Campbell, sailors,-, who were with deceased when the dinghy capsized, said they were sober, at the time of the accident' although they admitted they had had drink.
