Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Lethbridge Town Board, at a meeting to be held on tbe 7th day of July, 1908, at 4 p.m., at the Board’s Office, to make and levy a General Rate of one shilling (Is) in the £ under the provisions of “ The Town Districts Act, 1881,” section 87 ; “ Rating Act, 1894,” section 37 ; and “ Hoad and Town Districts Rating Act, 1903,” section 2, on the annual valuation of all rateable property within the Lethbridge Town District for the period commencing Ist day of April, 1908, and ending on 81st day of March, 1909, such rate to become due and payable in one sum at the Board’s office on the Ist day of August, 1908.
