United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. London, June 6. King Edward and Queen Alexandra, accompanied by the Princess Victoria, have started on their visit to the Czar. Their Majesties were accorded a great ovation at Charing Cross Station, which they left in the evening. They sailed at daybreak, and are dne at Reval on Tuesday, Sir Charles Hardinge, Sir John French and Sir John Fisher accompany their Majesties. Stringent precautions have heen adopted to ensure the safety of their Majesties at Reval. The cruiser Asia is keeping the roadstead clear, and no vessel will.be allowed to enter or leave without a permit.

A large force of detectives has arrived.
